These Terms of Service apply when you use Kasvia, a personal plant care app provided by Orbitti Oy. By using Kasvia, you agree to these terms.

Use of Kasvia

Kasvia helps you track plant care, reminders, photos, notes, supplies, and related information. You are responsible for how you use the app and for the plant care decisions you make based on your own observations and judgment.

You agree not to misuse Kasvia, attempt to interfere with the app, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Your Data and Backups

Kasvia may store information on your device, including plant records, notes, photos, schedules, item information, and receipt or document images that you choose to add.

You are responsible for keeping copies or backups of any information that is important to you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbitti Oy is not responsible for lost, corrupted, or deleted data, including plant records, notes, photos, receipts, documents, or schedules.

Reminders and App Availability

Reminders, schedules, notifications, and other app features may depend on your device, operating system, permissions, settings, network connection, and third-party services. We do not guarantee that Kasvia will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always arrive at the expected time.

Purchases

Optional paid features may be offered through the App Store or Google Play. Purchases, refunds, and payment processing are handled by the relevant app store and may be subject to that store's own terms and policies.

No Professional Advice

Kasvia is a personal organization and reminder tool. It does not provide professional, horticultural, financial, legal, insurance, or warranty advice. You should keep original documents and follow the instructions, warranties, and care guidance provided by relevant manufacturers, sellers, or qualified professionals.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kasvia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Orbitti Oy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, plants, receipts, documents, profits, savings, or business opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, Kasvia.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. If you continue using Kasvia after the terms are updated, the updated terms apply to your use of the app.
