Purchase help

Kasvia's paid features are one-time purchases — no subscriptions. If something went wrong or isn't showing up, here's how to sort it out.

Restore a purchase

If you reinstalled Kasvia or switched devices and your packs are missing, open the app and look for the Restore Purchases option in Settings. This re-links your App Store or Google Play account to your purchases.

A pack I bought isn't unlocked

Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you used when you bought the pack, then try restoring purchases. If it still doesn't show up, email us and include your receipt or order number so we can look into it.

Billing questions

All payments go through Apple or Google — we don't handle billing directly. For refund requests, contact Apple Support or Google Play support. For anything else, reach out and we'll help where we can.
