Archive
Archiving a plant moves it out of your active collection while keeping all its history, photos, and events intact. You can choose an archive reason — Died, Donated/given away, or Other — and add optional details.
Archived plants live in a separate screen accessible from the side menu. They can be unarchived and returned to your active collection at any time.

Plant settings (gear icon) → Archive / Side menu → Archive to view archived plants

How do I archive a plant?
Open the plant's settings (gear icon) and tap Archive. Choose a reason and optionally add details, then confirm.
How do I restore an archived plant?
Open the side menu and tap Archive. Find the plant, open it, and tap Unarchive to move it back to your active collection.
Will archiving affect my reminders?
Yes, but only for archived plants. Archived plants are removed from the Tasks view and no longer generate reminders.
